Are you missing out on land and new home deals?

There are plenty of land and new home opportunities out there.

And our members are seizing those chances and turning them into instructions and revenue.

In just the past seven days we’ve helped our clients win instructions to handle three major land disposals on a scale much larger than anything they’ve handled previously.

The national scope and coverage of the network has been highlighted by the following successes:

Leeds – A site with detailed planning consent for over 200 units and a land value in excess of £10million.   Our member will get significant exposure across various “end users” including house builders, housing associations, student accommodation providers, institutional investors and the PRS.

We will be working with the agent to guide them through the whole process and are supporting them with all marketing and contacts including a full page advert to appear in the Estates Gazette.

Cornwall – instructions received for one of our members on a site allocated for housing in a prime high value location and with a phase 1 of 40 plus units and future phases to follow.

Bristol – instruction to dispose of a large office building for residential development.

There are plenty of similar examples of this up and down the country with our growing membership, so the question is, are you getting your piece of the lucrative land and new homes pie?
