How many? 2016’s New Build Sales by Region Revealed
We recently commissioned detailed research into the number of new build sales completed last year.
The research also features the number of sites which have unimplemented planning consents.
It makes for very interesting reading and highlights the amount of opportunities the sector provides proactive agents.
Now everyone in the property industry knows the UK needs more new homes desperately.
Simply nowhere near enough are being built to satisfy an ever increasing demand.
The housing shortage has been described as one of the Government’s top priorities.
But our research shows there were still 86155 new build sales last year in England and Wales – and for any forward thinking agency there are opportunities aplenty to win sales and lettings instructions.
