The Land & New Homes Network is proud to work with market-leading independent estate agents across the UK who are successfully identifying and handling hundreds of land opportunities which are delivering sites from small garden sites through to long term strategic and promotion opportunities in conjunction with our collaborative partners.

As part of the Network’s focus on delivering land opportunities to house builders and housing associations, we have a unique insight into unbuilt consented sites across the UK. What does this mean? In simple terms, we know where the sites are that have a planning consent and who the vendors are and are already engaged in active dialogue with hundreds of landowners across the country.

How have we done this?

In simple terms our own Land Researchers and those of our members, have travelled the length and breadth of the country to compile a robust database on sites which would appeal to every type of housebuilder and developer. There are many examples of acquisitions and disposals that our members have handled for a variety of landowners and developers and so far this year hundreds of opportunities have been introduced or secured for clients.
