Land Planning and Development Federation membership

Land & New Homes Network Joins Land Planning and Development Federation

We’re proud to announce that Land & New Homes Network is now an affiliate member of the Land Planning and Development Federation (LPDF)—a strategic move that strengthens our mission to connect agents with the UK’s most active and influential players in the land and development sector.

The LPDF is the leading voice for land promoters, developers, and planners across the UK. By joining as an affiliate member, we’re deepening our ties with the organisations shaping the future of housing delivery—many of whom are responsible for bringing forward large-scale, strategic sites that will become tomorrow’s communities.

This new relationship gives our network of agents and land specialists a stronger voice and clearer visibility among the country’s top land promoters and housebuilders. It also opens up access to new insights, resources, and opportunities that will help our members engage more confidently with strategic land.

Why it matters:

  • Increased visibility: Our members will benefit from being part of a connected ecosystem where meaningful relationships with national land promoters and developers can be forged.

  • Influence & insight: We’ll be part of key policy discussions and industry updates that directly impact land strategy, giving our members a competitive advantage.

  • Collaboration: This affiliation supports greater collaboration across the land supply chain—bringing agents, developers, promoters, and planners closer together.

This is another step forward in our commitment to helping our members win more business, deepen their expertise, and play a more active role in shaping the communities of tomorrow.

If you’re a member and want to explore how this can benefit your business, get in touch with the team—we’d love to help you connect.

Dates for the diary

Sorry there are no future events planned.

What’s best about the Land & New Homes Network?   The firepower it brings, and the confidence it gives you.   I really can’t praise it enough.

Helen Cooksey – Grove Property Group

Land & New Homes Network have helped me and my business take it to another level over the last year. The support from the whole team has been greatly appreciated with Kevin & Ian always on hand. I would recommend other forward-thinking agents to consider the network as a large part of their business. It’s not gift-wrapped for you, but the support, collateral, and connections give you an opportunity to make it a real success.

Matt Nicol – Nicol & Co – Worcestershire

Both Kevin and Ian have an in-depth knowledge of this field, along with countless contacts, that have been instrumental in allowing us to grow our Land & New Homes division. The network allocates time for us to meet regularly and discuss our strategies, and ongoing projects, with a big focus on accountability.

Neil Leahy – Butler & Stag

I have been working with Kevin as a member of The Land and New Network since October 2017. I have found his advice and guidance to be second to none. Through Kevin’s insight and advice Orchid have started to build a strong land and new homes division. Kevin is a true professional in his field.

Matthew Bennett – Orchid – Hertfordshire
