Maximise your knowledge to boost instructions

Missed Opportunities

We had a conversation with an agent interested in joining the network last week.

It was a thought provoking talk especially when the agent said he felt there were very little land and new home opportunities in his market place.

Well we’ve heard this comment before, so were prepared with data that our land researchers had produced regarding his area and the number of opportunities that were within it.

The look on his face was a picture. He couldn’t believe the number of sites with planning granted and the amount of potential land deals in his area. Plus, there were a dozen sites under construction with no instructed agent and that was just for starters.

It wasn’t the agent’s fault – he simply wasn’t aware of all these opportunities.

As the saying goes ‘you often don’t know, what you don’t know’. But there’s no excuse for not trying to discover and learn how to make the most of the huge opportunities the land and new homes sector offers agents.

EA Masters

We’re appearing at EA Masters 2017 at the Intercontinental Hotel London – The O2 on September 22.

The event promises to be of high standard with a number of experts and industry leading figures who will be sharing their skills, experience and knowledge on the day.

And we will be there offering agents an exclusive insight into the amount of potential opportunities within their markets that could be taken advantage of.

As long as your agency is located outside of our member areas, we will prepare your individual report and talk you through what our researchers have discovered about your market.

You’ll need to let us know in advance as many of our slots have already been taken by businesses keen to start ‘knowing what they don’t know’ and win more instructions.

Our members are using the skills, techniques, contacts and technology we share with them to win instructions on a regular basis.
