Network introduces innovative ‘plug and play’ land and new homes solution for agents
The new, cost-effective Associate Membership option empowers estate agents to fast-track their own land and new homes departments.
To create opportunities in the national house-building boom and celebrate the 6-year anniversary of the Land & New Homes Network – the association is launching a new Associate membership class. Designed to offer the quickest and easiest possible entry into the land and new homes sector, offering the ultimate in flexibility for time-poor agents with ambition.
Turn land leads into fees
Associate Members that encounter land opportunities in their area – anything from tips about potential housing sites to landowners looking to sell, or even large gardens that are ripe for development – will be able to pass on their leads for a share of any subsequent fees. At the same time, the agents will be able to set up their own land and new homes departments and promote their membership in this highly respected national network.
“It’s the perfect way to establish a credible land and new homes division overnight and to operate it with the minimum investment of time and resources,” says L&NHN founder, Kevin Ellis. “Associate Members will be able to claim their place as the go-to agent for land and new homes in their area, and outmanoeuvre their competitors at a stroke.
“Conventional agencies just offering sales and lettings divisions are being overlooked by developers and house builders, who are keen to appoint those with specialist land and new homes departments and expertise,” Ellis continues. “With Associate Membership, there’s no need to expand your in-house team, no requirement for major investment and no better way to get in on the future of our industry.”
New homes sales income
“The beauty of the initiative is that we as a Network are already actively looking for and tracking development land across the country. And when we sell that land to house builders, we’ll promote the services of our Network members to handle the subsequent new homes sales.
It’s a win/win membership option,” continues Ellis.
The Network is launching the new membership class after recognising that not all agents have the time to bring themselves up to speed with the intricacies of the land and new homes market, despite there being a wealth of opportunities in any given area.
Associate Members will be given access to the Land & New Homes Network’s digital hub, which contains all the resources needed along with specialist assistance on tap that will help them to win new business. They will also be encouraged to attend monthly regional meetings for advice, insight and networking with other members, as well as introductions to a roster of architects and planning consultants.
