Our ‘newest’ member has more than 30 years industry experience
Tim Heather and his business partners John Lay and Natalie Oliver have been leading the way in land and new homes on their patch for more than 30 years.
In Falmouth and Penryn barely a land and new homes deal is done without their involvement and expertise being called upon.
So what made Heather & Lay Estate Agents become one of the latest members of the Land & New Homes Network?
Tim explained: “I’ve been involved with land and new homes projects since the early 1980s “As an agency we’ve experienced every aspect of the sector from advising on potential yields, developing hundreds of marketing plans to rolling up our sleeves and managing projects”
“Our niche has been the land and new homes sector and we’ve overseen and successfully marketed everything from the prestigious river and sea front developments to mixed use schemes”
