One event you must attend if you’re serious about new homes

New Homes LIVE is the only event for both house builders and estate agents specialising in new homes.  Taking place on Friday 18th May at Raddison Blue, Portman Square, London.

• Intelligent Digital – Nathalie Nathai, international speaker and author of “Webs of Influence: The Psychology of Online Persuasion”, will show you how to make your digital marketing much more compelling to result in greater engagement and conversion as she’s done for her clients who include Google, eBay, Unilever and Harvard Business Review. Victoria Ellis of London advertising agency Mullen Lowe will talk about the increasing importance of brand within property development and how this has become the key differentiator.

The speaker sessions will be assessed and commented on by a panel of industry leaders, chaired by Ben Roscrow of House Builder magazine and including Alec Watt of Accouter Design, and Kevin Ellis of the Land & New Homes Network. Peter Knight, founder of the Property Academy, will MC the event and offer his own take on the information, insight and ideas generated in the sessions.

Following New Homes LIVE there will be an exclusive event for members of the Land & New Homes Network. Malcolm Smith returns to build on his previous presentation to the network and highlight further ways you can negotiate with developers and house builders for mutual benefit. Peter Knight will also show you how to “Meet, Kiss, Marry” – getting from marketing to an initial meeting to winning an instruction from house builders.
