Onwards and upwards

2020 has been, to say the least, a notable year. But now that we’re moving out of the coronavirus crisis, housebuilders and developers will be keen to get back on track with their businesses and make up for lost time.

To facilitate this, members of the Land & New Homes Network have doubled-down on two critical aspects of our operation: sourcing land opportunities and securing sales.

We know that land is the lifeblood of a house builder’s operation – indeed our whole industry – and if you’re looking for a site with potential, look no further than one of our agents. As you’ll discover in this issue of Insight, no other national network has got the data, the connections or the resources to deliver the ‘oven-ready’ sites that are critical to housebuilders and developers.

Meanwhile, our members are particularly busy helping housebuilders to deliver on their sales targets – in every possible way. For us, it doesn’t need to be a full instruction; our agents are experts at picking up the sales and marketing baton from internal teams and selling the final – sometimes stubborn – properties on housing developments.
