Strengthening Expertise Across the Network
Land & New Homes Network expands member support with a multi-disciplinary advisory panel
Land & New Homes Network has introduced a multi-disciplinary advisory panel, bringing together top experts to deliver even stronger advice and support for its member agents and their clients.
This panel unites specialists from every vital area of land, development and new homes – planning consultants, architects, affordable housing advisors, commercial valuers, rural agents, and experts in biodiversity and the environment. Their combined experience ensures member agents benefit from practical, insightful guidance at every stage of the development process, from initial site assessment and planning to delivery and final sale.
Commenting on the announcement, Kevin Ellis, Founder of Land & New Homes Network, said:
“From day one, Land & New Homes Network has focused on helping agents achieve the best results for their clients. As the world of land and development grows more complex, reliable advice matters more than ever.
By building a trusted team of specialists in planning, design, valuation, affordable housing, rural issues and the environment, we’re giving our members stronger backing than ever, ensuring advice that’s commercially sound, cohesive and credible.”
In addition to the national panel, Land & New Homes Network can tap into regional and local experts whenever needed. This approach means advice always reflects local planning policies, market dynamics, and on-the-ground challenges, while upholding consistently high standards across the Network.
The launch of the advisory panel is part of Land & New Homes Network’s ongoing investment in its members, strengthening its position as a collaborative platform where independent agents can access the expertise, insight, and support needed to thrive in today’s evolving land and new homes sector.
