2018 – an incredible year ahead of events

We’ve an incredible number of events lined up for 2018.

Currently 57, and with more to be added – covering 2 half year national conferences – two in the north and two in the south, plenty of Insight Days for our members, 5 charity golf days and many networking events, let alone the monthly on-boarding days for new members.

Our charity golf days will be held in June and culminate in the winners from the regional contests playing for the crown in Portugal – hence we’ve called it The Race to Vilamoura.

The Golf days are fantastic networking opportunities and many developers and house builders will be joining us and our members.

We’ll also be using these days to raise money for our chosen charities of 2018, the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society (SANDS) and the Julia’s House Hospice as well as regional charities close to the hearts of our members.

We’ll be hitting the road with our national conferences by bringing them to different parts of the country rather just holding them in London.   We now have members across England and it only seems right and fair to bring the conferences to more local areas.

We’ve got some great speakers already booked in for the conferences including renowned business coach and trainer, Malcolm Smith with others to be announced over the coming weeks.

Aside from all the events, we’re introducing a series of webinars for our estate agency members.

The first one took place last week – with more than 400 people tuning in and with another 2 sessions about to be released for those who missed out.

Across the UK we now have over 350 locations covered by our network of members.

We’re working with market leading independent estate agencies and all of the staff in those locations are motivated and incentivised to pass development opportunities across to satisfy the huge demand from house builder clients.

It’s no surprise the pipeline of new opportunities is so high and the medium/long term numbers are BIG.

It’s not rocket science, but we do have a thoroughly thought out system, proven processes and highly focused people, which is creating exceptional results.
